2011 SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

In order to allow maximum participation by our members, a sponsorship prospectus has been developed to encourage companies/individuals to invest in our programs at various levels.  These sponsorship levels do not apply to the Industry Education Day or the Chapter President’s Council Meeting.


Platinum Sponsor:
  • Any company/individual that makes a cash donation of $1,000.00* to TBTA during a calendar year.
  • An airline contributing 4 free tickets for association use will be considered a Platinum Sponsor.
  • A hotel or other venue who assumes 100% of meeting cost (space, food and beverage, AV) will be considered a Platinum Sponsor
  • Sponsor will be given three complimentary registrations for their event.
  • Sponsor will be recognized on the TBTA Website the entire calendar year including direct link to sponsor website.
  • At the sponsored event, a representative will be allowed 5 minutes to speak about his/her company and the relationship between the company and TBTA.
  • Sponsor logo will appear on the projection screen at the sponsored event, as well as any printed collateral at same sponsored event.
  • No materials or door prizes other than sponsor related will be distributed at event.
  • Sponsor may not select the speaker for the event, however; they may suggest topics or a speaker for the specific program for consideration by the Programs Committee.
  • Sponsor may select the menu for the sponsored meeting.
  • Sponsor may bring and distribute printed material related to his/her company to sponsored event.
  • Sponsor will be recognized at the annual celebration event.
Gold Sponsor:
  • Any company/individual that makes a donation of $750.00* during a calendar year.
  • An airline contributing 2 free tickets for association use will be considered a Gold Sponsor.
  • A hotel or other venue who assumes 50% of meeting cost (space, food and beverage, AV, parking) will be considered a Gold Sponsor.
  • Sponsor may not select the speaker for the event; however, they may suggest topics or a speaker for the specific program for consideration by the Programs Committee.
  • Sponsor may select the menu for the sponsored meeting.
  • Sponsor may bring and distribute printed material related to his/her company to sponsored event.
  • Sponsor will be given two complimentary registrations for their event.
  • Sponsor will be recognized on the TBTA website during the entire calendar year. 
  • Sponsor name will appear on the projection screen and/or announcement sheet at sponsored event.
  • Sponsor will be recognized at the annual celebration event.
Silver Sponsor:
  • Any company/individual that makes a donation of $500.00* during a calendar year.
  • Sponsor will be given one complimentary registration for their event.
  • Sponsor will be recognized on the TBTA website the entire calendar year. 
  • Sponsor name will appear on the projection screen and/or announcement sheet at sponsored event.
  • Sponsor will be recognized at the annual celebration event.
Bronze Sponsor:
  • Contributes to TBTA through hotel sleeping rooms, car vouchers, door prizes, or meeting rooms for monthly meeting during a calendar year or makes a $250.00* donation.
  • Sponsor will be recognized on the TBTA website the entire calendar year. 
  • Sponsor will be recognized at the annual celebration event.
**Sponsorship amounts may be paid in two increments during the 2011 calendar year with the exception of the Bronze level. All invoices will be sent via email and/or regular mail 30 days prior to due date. The first payment will be due no later than January 15, 2011. The second payment will be due no later than June 15, 2011. Should payment not be received by agreed date, sponsorship level will be reduced to amount paid or cancelled if no payment was received.
